Workflow

STEP 1: Make an appointment
  1. The customers can use the internet or telephone number for inquiries, let us know the moving date, time and other details.
  2. Once the customers give us related information, we will arrange a home visit for estimation.
  3. Customers can send your movie upload to You-tube and send to us by email for roughly estimation. See the demo.
STEP 2: Doorstep Quote and Service Confirmation
  1. A free doorstep quoting service will take into account depending on the home environment, transportation area and also the number of moving objects or complex procedures. The price will be offered in advance.
  2. After the estimator send you a quotation, if customers decide to use our services, customers have to pay 30% down payment when carton is delivered. Once the decision had been made for the chosen service(s), there will be no refund. 
  3. The staff will immediately issue a deposit receipt manuscripts.
  4. The customers need to check the contents of invoices and read the details of the service(s). If there are any inquiries, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will be more than happy to help you.
STEP 3: Final Confirmatiom
  1. Before the service(s) takes place, our staff will phone up the customer to confirm the actual location, date and time.
  2. We will determine the number of crews for the move, not determined by customers.
  3. If the customers have to change the date of the relocation, this is a must to notify us by telephone and e-mail 3 days ago. Otherwise, the company will charge HK$500 to compensate our company’s loss because of the sudden change.
STEP 4: Services

Before and after handling services, this is customers responsibility to count of the number of items that will be moved. If there are any questions it should be raised immediately. Once the staff had left the unit, the company will not take any action for their further requests for moving service(s).

STEP 5: Payment Prodcedures
  1. After the moving service(s) had been confirmed, the customers have to pay the deposit and 10% as the down payment for the services. Customers must pay the balance on the same day. There will be no refunds for all the services. 
  2. Payment Method - Cash Only
  3. Receipt will be issued by the staff responsible for the service(s) after the completion of the work or it will be issued separately by mail, fax or e-mail sent.
STEP 6: After-Sales Service

​​Upon the completion of the service(s), the company will provide a free to follow up of the performance of the service(s), and therefore to enhance the quality of our service.
